| | PAY-AS-YOU-GO was designed for two types of users 1) Those of you who have an URGENT NEED NOW (STAT) or 2) Those of you that may have an OCCASIONAL need for a transcription service. There are no long-term contracts or commitments. There are no volume quotas that you have to meet to avoid a usage fee. Your transcriptionist may have gone away for 1-2 weeks vacation, or your typist had to leave in a hurry due to an emergency and you need that letter, consultation, Workers' Comp report, Chart Note, etc. For whatever the reason, PAY-AS-YOU-GO would fit your needs.
NOTE: All of our transcriptionists have been with us for over 10 years and are in the USA. We do not outsource any of your voice files overseas. Turn-around is from 1-3 business days and all work is totally confidential. Voice files are deleted once the document is e-mailed back to you in either Word or Word Perfect.
DISCLAIMER: All spelling of names must be provided by client via specifications otherwise transcriber will phonetically spell names. Words or sentences that were not clearly dictated will be enclosed in (?) for the client to change or correct once the document is e-mailed back to the Client in either Word or WordPerfect format. A refund will only be given if Client decides not to dictate the letter after receiving his/her sign-on id and password. Documents are purchased individually with a minimum of five pages (page represents COURIER NEW 12 font left justfied single spacing with one inch margins. Double spaced documents will be converted internally as single spaced documents for page count only)
HOW DOES IT WORK? ExacTrans allows the user to prepay for the use of dictating on its system and then having that dictation transcribed into one of four document types 1. Standard Letter/Consultation 2. Workers Comp Report 3. Operative Report. 4. Narrative. You must have a touch-tone phone to use and a valid e-mail address as to where the document should be e-mailed. Default formats for all text documents will be 1" inch margins all around, left justified Arial 12 unless otherwise specified.
